Small Vintage RCA Victor Record Player W Bakelite Case As Is For Parts

  

Plugged in and slight hum, when I spun the platter with my finger it started, but had a thump thump thump while it turned, like the idler was out of round.. I also see the cartridge is missing. I realized the top was taped on with slear tape, so I cut the tape and lifted the chassis out for pictures, and yes the idler looked crazy odd shape, see pictures. The bottom case, I do see any cracks. The whole unit needs cleaned.
