The box and components were opened and there is a very light line of scratches on the top as shown in pictures. While everything worked in my testing, I do want to disclose that when I first started testing the record player, the motor would cut off periodically. After I reset the speed selection, I was able to play my test record 3 times through with no further issues, but I'm unsure as to whether my adjustment fixed the issue or just made it go away for the duration of my testing.
