1913 Victrola VIII Antique Record Player with Collection of 50 Records

  

The VIII features a well-crafted oak veneer cabinet, nickel plated hardware, a two-spring motor, a 10 turntable, and Victor's Exhibition Soundbox. This Victrola was licensed on August 1, 1913, and includes the original license on the bottom of the cabinet. The unit plays beautifully and with the included record collection there is a lot to listen to!

1913 is a special year as it is the first year the cast iron elbow and wood horn assembly were added to improve sound. Learn about the Victrola VIII. The record collection of 50 records are all in original leather/paper sleeve binders, many of which have completed indexes from the first owners. Those indexes are no longer accurate, but it adds to the authenticity of this collection. Some of the records include. A Little Bit of Heaven.
